A separate registration form must be completed for each camper AND for each camp s/he will attend. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the registration form. If you do not have it on your computer, go to for your free download of Acrobat Reader.)

Print and return the completed form(s) by U.S. MAIL to: The Mountain Youth Camp, P. O. Box 1299, Highlands, NC 28741.After we receive your registration form and deposit, we will send or email you a confirmation packet. If you have NOT received a confirmation within 2 weeks of sending your registration, please contact The Mountain immediately.

• Register and pay in full by December 31, 2007 and receive a 10% discount on each session registered for!!
• If registering camper for more than one camp session AFTER December 31st – $50 discount and free camper stay-over between sessions (not available for Elementary & Beginning Campers and CIT's).
• Full payment for MountainCamp and all camp forms are due on April 15, 2008.
• If complete payment and all forms are not received by April 15, we will remove your campers’ name from the session and place it at the end of our waitlist.
• We offer discounts for early registration, multiple session attendance and multiple children in the same family.
• If you cancel after April 15, you will receive a 50% refund of your full payment IF IT IS AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE START DATE OF THAT CAMP SESSION. We will also need to receive a written cancellation notice.

WAITLIST
If the session you want to register for is full, we will immediately inform you and give you the choice of being put on the waitlist. Your deposit will not be processed until your child is accepted into camp. If a space opens up in that session, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or refuse the spot. If you accept, a confirmation packet will be sent and due dates (including cancellation policies) described above apply. If you decide not to enroll your child, your deposit will be returned.

SCHOLARSHIPS
The Mountain believes that MountainCamp should be available to every youth, and we actively seek ongoing support for our scholarship fund. Requests for up to 50% of the camp cost will be considered, based on true need. We strongly encourage campers in need of financial support to also seek assistance from their congregations or other community organizations. To apply for a camper scholarship, you can call the Guest Services Office at 828-526-5838 ext. 0 for a copy of the Scholarship Application form or fill out the form on our website. Completed forms are due by March 15, 2008, sending it to the attention of the Scholarship Committee. Scholarship requests are kept confidential. CAMPER STAY-OVER
We offer a supervised Camper Stay-Over option for campers that are staying for more than one MountainCamp session. A registration form will be included in the Camper Confirmation packet. There are limited spaces available for stay-overs, so we MUST have this form by April 15. If space is available, parents and/or guardians are welcome to register to stay at The Mountain in order to drop off and pick up your child. We offer a reduced Camper Parent fee. Please call The Mountain to determine if there is space on the night you wish to stay, and you can register over the phone at that time.

Shuttles are available to and from ASHEVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT for MountainCamp 2008!!! The location of MountainCamp Airport Shuttle Pick-up and Drop-off is the Asheville Regional Airport. We are pleased with the reputation that Asheville Airport has earned through its ability to accommodate youth campers. Information about the shuttles will be in the Confirmation Packet that you’ll receive after sending in the registration and deposit for your camper.

PARENT STAY-OVER
If space is available, parents and/or guardians are welcome to register to stay at The Mountain in order to drop off and pick up your child. We offer a reduced Camper Parent rate. Please call The Mountain (828-526-5838, ext. 0) to determine if there is space on the night you wish to stay. You can register over the phone at that time.
