Accommodations

A fall view of The Lodge.Guests are housed either in our Lodge or in cabins. All rooms have separate heat controls. Lodging is assigned in the order registrations are received with special consideration given to those with mobility limitations. Room assignments are for double or multiple occupancy. Special requests must be made in advance.

The Lodge — Ten double-occupancy and two triple-occupancy rooms. Each room has twin beds, private baths and large airy windows. Six of the rooms offer spectacular views of Blue Valley.

Cabins

Up to 85 people may be housed in cabins. All cabins are heated.

Cabins have a bedroom/bath on each side. One bedroom features three twins; the other, a double bed. Both sides open onto a common porch with rocking chairs and views of the valley. Photo at left by Sandy Arroyo.

Housing is based on at least double occupancy. Private rooms are available for a surcharge if space is available — first come, first served. Youth under 18 are normally not housed in the Lodge. If an exception is made, they are charged regular adult rates. Youth under 18 staying in the same cabin as their parents receive free housing. There is a charge for meals and programming only.

Linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided in all lodge and cabin rooms. Each living space is heated and includes a bathroom. There are no phones or TVs in living accommodations, but phones are available on our campus, and incoming messages are delivered to guests by Mountain staff.

Sorry, no pets allowed on The Mountain with the exception of assistant animals.


Special Needs
Wheelchair accessible rooms and cabins (with specially-equipped bathrooms) are available. All primary meeting facilities are accessible.

Meeting Facilities
Classes and evening programs are held in various locations on the campus, including the Lodge, REC Hall and Heritage Hall. A small Library Reference Center located in the Lodge is available for reading and book check-out. All meeting facilities, lodging and dining are connected by paved trails. Photo by Sandy Arroyo.
