This
lively interactive course grounds participants
in the philosophical, psychological, programmatic,
ethical and theological aspects of youth ministry.
Designed for Unitarian Universalists, this
course envisions youth ministry as a vibrant,
robust, and flexible part of every congregation.
Topics include leadership and spiritual development,
professional support for youth advisors, adolescent
development, and multigenerational community
building. Participants will gain tools to
critically evaluate and tailor their own models
of youth ministry and programming. This
workshop was developed thanks to a generous
grant from the UU Congregation of Atlanta's
Endowment Fund in order to enhance Ministry
