A:

The weather varies greatly on our mountaintop. We enjoy cool summers — the temperature rarely gets above 80 degrees. Buildings are naturally air conditioned with mountain breezes. We offer programs for all ages. The retreat center offers a variety of programs designed for all ages including Mountain Institutes for Social Change, family camp, spiritual, arts and outdoor adventure programs and programs over the holiday season like the Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve programs.

Our youth programs include Youth CONferences, nine sessions of summer camp (MountainCamp) and leadership training focused on peace, social justice and environmental issues.
