Residency Opportunities

The Mountain has a number of opportunities for adults interested in living for a minimum of three months in our unique environment. Learn, grow, serve and be part of The Mountain - an exciting organization committed to peace, justice and the common good. 

Upon completion of a residency program, participants take with them concrete skills and a renewed belief that they have the capacity and responsibility to work with others to bring peace-building, social change and environmental ethics to the center of their communities.

Residencies include:

  • Residential Internships (3 + months)- Residential Interns work for an extended amount of time in a specific Mountain department in order to gain professional skills related to their career goals.
