Internship Opportunities

The Mountain is committed to providing meaningful internship programs to students looking to gain work experience related to their career goals. In addition to gaining experience in a specific department, Residential Interns actively engage with the larger Mountain Community of staff, volunteers, residents and program guests.

The goal is for Interns to leave The Mountain with work experience and knowledge of non-profit work. Like other residency program participants, Interns leave The Mountain with the belief that they have the capacity and responsibility to work with others to bring peace-building, social change and environmental ethics to the center of their communities.
