9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Housekeeping with Mountain staff
1:30 – 3:00  “Big Questions” philosophical discussion
3:30 – 5:00  Expressive art (guided experience)
5:15 – 6:00  Informal yoga with staff, other residents
6:00  Cook dinner with other residents
Evening  Self-directed time
 
Tuesday
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Bread of Life Community Service (in Brevard)
5:00 – 5:30  Community Social Time with other residents (optional)
6:00  Cook dinner with other residents
7:00  Debrief Service Trip – in-depth conversation (facilitated)
 
Wednesday                            
9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Research, study and reflection time
1:30 – 5:00  Individual Mountain Work Projects – Adopt-a-Crop – Farm, Trail Work
5:15  Community Social Time with other residents (optional)
6:00  Cook Dinner with other Residents
7:00  Self-directed time
