Youth Programs

The Mountain is committed to providing meaningful, quality experiences for all youth, and fulfilling The Mountain’s mission of inspiring people of all ages through a nurturing community, connection with nature and fun, challenging programs. We are proud to carry on our founding commitment to our youth and will continue to be guided by Unitarian Universalist values and open to all.

MountainCamp has fostered belonging and acceptance and has allowed youth to learn and grow together in an intentional community since 1979. A balance is maintained between establishing structure and boundaries to keep youth safe and creating opportunities for them to “test their wings.” More>>>

In addition to summer MountainCamp programs, The Mountain offers Youth CONferences during the year for elementary (3^rd-5^th graders), junior high (6^th-8^th graders) and senior high (9^th-12^th graders) youth. More>>>
